Only the necessary and relevant data is collected, processed and stored for the purposes of providing the best possible services for our customers and future customers.

Collecting and processing personal data
NADmed.fi website collects personal data from users of the website. From the users who contact NADmed via the contact form, we collect name, contact information for replying inquiries and the message content. The NADmed.fi collects the users name and email, IP-address, all communication information, and other information provided during the communication when using the contact form. The NADmed.fi collects also data from website visitors for the website to work properly and to monitor traffic. Other technical information, such as device and operating system, and analytics from our website visits are recorded and stored accordingly. All the data is collected and processed for gathering market intelligence and for providing the best possible user experience to our website users. The NADmed.fi and the project does not use the information provided to direct marketing without a consent from the user. The NADmed.fi will not transfer any personal data relating to the customers outside of the recipient of contact form (Sebastian Soidinsalo and the NADmed team presented on this website). We do not disclose information about the customers (name, email address) to third party advertisers for marketing purposes. NADmed will not transfer the users personal data (name, email, message content) outside of the organization unless the user has given consent to the transfer or the transfer is based on law.
The user data is stored for three years from the latest update of the date, and the user can at any point ask nadmed.fi to erase the data definitely and to ask nadmed to delete the user from all the mailing lists and other direct marketing lists. All analytical data from the website is stored for five years for analysing purposes.
The User has the right to ask the Company to enclose all available data about the User. The User also has the right to ask how their personal data has been used inside the company, including how long the data is being stored and if the data has been transferred. In case the User notices the data relating to them is incorrect, they have a right to ask for the project to correct it. The User should contact the company via the contact information provided. The user has the right to ask NADmed controller to delete all the data referring to the user. Only in the case, the project has legal obligations to store the data, the Company can refuse to execute the request. The user has the right to refuse from direct marketing, and limit the usage of their personal data for marketing purposes. In case the user finds the performed activities concerning data privacy insufficient or to be non-compliant with prevailing Finnish national law, they may file a complaint.

Google analytics is used to monitor traffic to the website in order to advise the team on volume of interest to NADmed project and effectiveness of the website reaching its audience. The IP addresses are anonymized before transfer of data.
